Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner Tablets, 12-Month Supply for Deep Cleaning

Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner is a tablet cleaner made to remove odor-causing residue and mineral buildup from inside dishwashers, with a 12-month supply for ongoing appliance care.

• Helps clear odors, limescale, and mineral deposits — targets buildup inside dishwasher components.
• Safe to use with or without a full load of dishes — fits either cleaning situation.
• EPA Safer Choice Certified and septic safe — suited to homes with septic systems.
• Compatible with all dishwasher makes and models — designed for broad appliance fit.
• Tablet format with no messy powders or liquids — convenient to handle.

Residue and food debris can collect in parts of a dishwasher that are out of sight, while odor-causing bacteria may affect the appliance and transfer onto dishes, glasses, or silverware. Affresh is made for cleaning the dishwasher itself, including when dishes are already in the machine, so it addresses internal buildup as well as the visible results such as foggy glasses or lingering smells.

What does Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner clean inside the appliance?

Affresh helps remove odor-causing residue, limescale, and mineral deposits from internal dishwasher components. Its cleaning action reaches areas including the pump, filter, tub, valve, drain, washer arms, and recirculation hoses, where grime and food debris may remain between dishwashing loads. The formula also works on bacteria and residue associated with plumbing backwash, which can occur because dishwashers commonly share plumbing with garbage disposals.

Cleaning these less-visible areas is intended to help reduce sources of odors and buildup, rather than simply addressing what is on the dishes. Affresh’s deep-cleaning formula is designed to reach internal components and help optimize appliance performance.

• Targets components beyond the visible tub, including the pump and recirculation hoses.
• Helps remove rotten food debris and bacteria from inside the appliance.

Can I use it with dishes in the dishwasher?

Yes. Affresh is safe to use either in an empty dishwasher or while a full load of dishes is being washed. That gives households a choice between cleaning the appliance on its own or combining the cleaner with a dishwashing load.

The product is supplied as tablets, avoiding the loose powder or liquid format associated with messier handling. Use the tablet as part of a dishwasher cycle; no specific cycle setting or cleaning schedule is provided here, so this description does not assign one.

• Designed for use both with dishes and without them.
• Tablet form keeps the cleaner in a solid, ready-to-use format.
