Returns & refunds
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. If an item is not right, send it back unused and in its original packaging. We email you a prepaid label and do not ask for a reason.
How to return an item
- Email othercenter.us@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Within one business day we send your prepaid return label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier.
- We refund you within 10 business days of receiving it, to your original payment method.
Good to know
- Opened beauty and personal care items, opened items that go in or near the mouth, and opened food and pet food can only be returned if damaged, faulty or not as described.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong items are always on us. Email us a photo and we will replace or refund them.
- Want a different size or color? Return the item and place a new order; shipping is free.
