1. About these terms

othercenter.com is an online store operated under the name Other Center ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the website and to orders placed on it by customers in the United States. Please read them before ordering. Contact: othercenter.us@gmail.com.

2. Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or copy content for commercial purposes without our permission. You are responsible for keeping your account login details private.

3. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using information from manufacturers where available. Photos are illustrative, and colors may look slightly different on different screens. Please check sizes, specifications, compatibility and age grades before ordering, and email us if you are unsure. Our guides and product information are general information, not medical, legal or professional advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by state law. Shipping to U.S. addresses is free. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping to offer the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Orders

After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. A contract is formed when we ship the item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if the order appears to be for resale in quantities we cannot supply; any payment taken is then refunded in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

See our shipping policy for processing and delivery times. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund, as described in that policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered.

7. Returns and refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. See our refund policy.

8. Promotions

Discount codes, such as our first-order welcome code, are subject to the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated.

9. Warranties

Products may come with a manufacturer warranty, as described with the product. Any implied warranties that apply under the law of your state are not excluded by these terms.

10. Safe use

Use products in line with the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and age grades, and supervise children as recommended.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

12. Content and trademarks

The text, design and images on this website belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

14. Questions and complaints

If something is not right, please email us first. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, and most issues are resolved quickly.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which you receive your order, as they apply to consumer contracts.
