Xeaum Bamboo Cutting Board Set, 3-Piece, Three Sizes with Juice Grooves

The Xeaum Bamboo Cutting Board Set includes three boards in different sizes for everyday chopping, carving, food prep, and serving.

• Three board sizes — choose a surface for bulky ingredients, daily prep, or smaller foods.
• Responsibly sourced, rapidly renewable bamboo — a material suited to repeated kitchen use.
• High-temperature carbonization and cross-laminated construction — designed to resist moisture absorption and help prevent warping, cracking, and surface wear.
• Juice grooves on one side and a prep trench on the other — catch liquids or hold chopped ingredients while you work.
• Side handles, silicone corner pads, and hanging holes — support carrying, steady cutting, and vertical storage.

When one board has to handle everything from large ingredients to small garnishes, having different work surfaces can make food prep easier to organize. Xeaum’s three-board set is made for separating ingredients by type, preparing meals at home, and carrying cut foods to the table for serving.

What sizes are included, and what are they for?

The set has large, medium, and small boards measuring 15 x 10 inches (38.1 x 25.4 cm), 12 x 8 inches (30.48 x 20.32 cm), and 9 x 6 inches (22.86 x 15.24 cm). Use the large board for carving meat and preparing bulky ingredients, the medium board for routine vegetable chopping, and the small board for fruit, herbs, snacks, or cheese and charcuterie.

• Three surfaces let you separate ingredients by type during prep.
• The small board can move from food preparation to serving snacks or cheese.

What makes these bamboo boards suited to regular prep?

The boards are made from responsibly sourced bamboo and use high-temperature carbonization and cross-laminated layers. These construction details are designed to limit moisture absorption and help maintain the boards’ structure through heavy daily use.

• Bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource.
• The finely sanded surface provides a smooth cutting feel.

How do the two sides and storage features work?

One side has deep grooves to catch juices from meat, fruit, and vegetables; the reverse has a wide trench for temporarily holding chopped ingredients. Built-in side handles help with gripping and carrying, while silicone corner pads help keep the board steady during cutting.

• Hanging holes allow vertical storage.
• Use the boards for slicing bread, vegetables, fruit, and meat, or as serving platters for appetizers and snack spreads.

How should I clean and care for the boards?

Wash the bamboo boards with warm water and let them air dry. Apply food-grade mineral oil occasionally to help preserve the bamboo’s natural luster and support its lifespan.

• Warm water washing is the stated cleaning method.
• Occasional mineral oil care is recommended.

This set suits home cooks who want separate board sizes for different ingredients and a prep surface that can also serve food at the table. Its three bamboo boards combine distinct prep areas, two-sided features, and storage-friendly hanging holes.
