Tomcat Rat Bait Stations, 6-Pack, Black, Lockable and Tamper-Resistant

Tomcat Outpost rat bait stations are a set of six lockable stations for sheltered, controlled rodent baiting, each measuring 8.5 x 7 x 5 in (21.59 x 17.78 x 12.7 cm) and mounting vertically or horizontally.

• Six black stations — set up baiting points around a home, farm, warehouse, or commercial property.
• Holds up to eight 1 oz Bait Chunx or one Tomcat Rat Snap Trap — choose a bait or trap setup for your rodent-control plan.
• Single-key lock and EPA Tier 1 tamper-resistance standard — helps limit access by children, pets, and non-target animals.
• Vertical or horizontal mounting — adapt station placement to the location and target rodents from small mice to large rats.
• Heavy-duty construction made in the USA — intended for use indoors or outdoors.

Rodent bait needs a protected feeding location, especially around buildings and areas where children, pets, livestock, or other animals may be present. Tomcat Outpost stations enclose the bait in a sheltered space, protecting it from the elements while giving rodents a protected place to feed. Their lockable design supports more controlled placement in active areas, while the two mounting orientations make it possible to position a station vertically or horizontally. Bait and traps are sold separately.

What can each Tomcat Outpost station hold?

Each station accommodates up to eight 1 oz bait Chunx, with two Chunx per rod, or one Tomcat Rat Snap Trap. This gives you a choice between a bait-based setup and a snap-trap setup within the same station format. The station is sized for use against rodents ranging from small mice to large rats, and its sheltered interior helps protect bait from outdoor elements.

• Compatible bait: Tomcat Bait Chunx.
• Compatible trap: Tomcat Rat Snap Trap.
• Bait and trap are sold separately from the six-station set.

How does the lockable design support safer bait placement?

A single-key locking mechanism secures each station, and the design meets the EPA Tier 1 Standard for resistance to tampering by children, pets, and non-target animals. This helps keep bait out of reach and supports more controlled use around homes and other occupied properties. For best placement, position stations along walls and building perimeters, where rodents are likely to travel.

• Lock each station with its single key.
• Use wall and building-perimeter placement for targeted baiting.
• Wear leather gloves when handling stations to avoid leaving human scent that may deter rodents.

Can the stations fit different placement locations?

Yes. Each Tomcat Outpost station can be mounted vertically or horizontally, allowing you to adapt its orientation to the baiting location. The individual station measures 8.5 x 7 x 5 in (21.59 x 17.78 x 12.7 cm); compare those dimensions with the available space before placing it in a tight area. The low-profile format is intended for locations where a more compact station is useful.

• Set of six black stations for placement at multiple points.
• Heavy-duty construction for outdoor conditions.
• Made in the USA.

Tomcat Outpost stations suit people managing rodent activity around homes, farms, warehouses, and commercial properties who want a lockable, sheltered baiting point that can also accommodate a Tomcat Rat Snap Trap. Their flexible orientation supports different placement situations, while their single-key lock and tamper-resistance standard help manage access around non-target animals. They are a practical fit for controlled bait or trap placement, with bait and traps purchased separately.
