Nordic Ware Naturals Half Sheet Pans, 2-Pack with Lid for Even Baking

Nordic Ware Naturals Half Sheet Set is an uncoated aluminum bakeware set for baking, roasting and food prep, with two half sheet pans and a storage lid.

• Pure uncoated aluminum — conducts heat rapidly and evenly for browned, evenly baked food.
• Encapsulated galvanized steel rims — help prevent the pans from warping.
• Two half sheet pans and one lid — bake with the pans, then cover food for transport or storage.
• Made in America from domestic and imported materials — built for repeated use in a home kitchen.
• Pan exterior: 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches (45.5 x 32.8 x 2.5 cm) — compare the footprint with your oven and storage space.

For sheet-pan dinners, baked goods and kitchen prep, these pans provide a reusable surface made from pure aluminum rather than a coated finish. Their rapid, even heat conduction supports consistent browning across the pan, while the included lid makes it practical to cover and carry baked goods after cooking.

What comes with the Nordic Ware Naturals Half Sheet Set?

The set contains two half sheet pans and one lid. The pans are made from uncoated aluminum, and the lid is made from BPA-free, melamine-free polypropylene. Use the lid to cover baked goods for storage or transport; it is not oven-safe.

• Pan cooking surface: 17.1 x 12.1 inches (43.4 x 30.7 cm).
• Lid dimensions: 18.3 x 13.1 x 1.5 inches (46.5 x 33.3 x 3.8 cm).

How do the pans bake and resist warping?

Pure aluminum transfers heat rapidly and evenly, helping food brown evenly. Each pan has an encapsulated galvanized steel rim designed to resist warping. The uncoated pans are also safe for use under the broiler, and the aluminum bakeware is made to withstand a lifetime of use in a home kitchen.

• The aluminum surface has no coating.
• Nordic Ware’s Naturals pans are made not to rust.

What can I use on the pans, and how should I clean them?

Use the pans for baking, roasting and food preparation, with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat if desired. Hand washing is recommended. Scouring pads and metal utensils may scratch the aluminum, but those scratches do not affect baking performance.

• Acidic foods such as vinegar and tomato products may darken, pit or corrode aluminum.
• The pans are uncoated and safe under the broiler.

What size are the pans and lid?

Each pan measures 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches (45.5 x 32.8 x 2.5 cm) on the outside, with a 17.1 x 12.1-inch (43.4 x 30.7 cm) cooking surface. The lid measures 18.3 x 13.1 x 1.5 inches (46.5 x 33.3 x 3.8 cm), so compare those dimensions with your oven, work area and storage space.

• Two half sheet pans are included.
• The polypropylene lid is not oven-safe.

This set suits home cooks who bake or roast regularly and want uncoated aluminum pans with a lid for covering and carrying baked goods. It brings together two half sheets, a fitted storage lid and aluminum construction designed for long-term kitchen use.
