Chopping and slicing ingredients can take time during busy meal preparation. The Mueller Pro-Series brings several produce-prep functions together, making it useful for preparing vegetables and fruits for family meals, salads, garnishes and other home-cooked dishes.

What can the Mueller Pro-Series prepare?

It can dice, slice, julienne and grate fruits and vegetables, as well as spiralize them. The interchangeable cutting options let you vary the way ingredients are prepared, while the spiralizer offers three blade choices for different shapes.

• Chop onions, tomatoes and peppers for salsa.
• Slice cabbage for coleslaw.
• Make spiralized vegetables for pasta-style dishes, salads and garnishes.

How does the slicer help with small produce?

The food holder helps keep small fruits and vegetables from slipping as you cut them. This gives you a way to guide smaller ingredients through the slicing process while keeping your hands away from the cutting surface.

The food container provides a place for prepared ingredients, and the compact form is designed to fit into a range of storage spaces. The tool is intended to make produce preparation less time-consuming, helping make it easier to add vegetables to meals.

• Use the holder when cutting small fruits and vegetables.
• The container and compact design help make the tool practical for kitchen prep and storage.

How do you clean the Mueller Pro-Series?

Dismantle the tool and put its components in the dishwasher for cleaning. A scrubbing fork is also included to help remove food residue from the cutting parts.

• Disassemble the tool before placing it in the dishwasher.
• Use the included scrubbing fork for hands-on cleaning.
