What coffee can the AMZCHEF espresso machine make?

The machine has an espresso function and a one-touch cold brew mode. The cold brew setting is designed to make smooth cold brew in minutes, while the water tank holds enough for multiple servings. The grinder's range also accommodates grounds for pour-over and French press preparation; these are grind options, rather than additional named machine brew modes.

• Choose the cold brew mode with one touch.
• Use the grinder for grounds from espresso-fine to French press-coarse.

Can I adjust the grind and brewing temperature?

Yes. The grinder has 44 settings, from ultra-fine espresso grinds to coarse French press grinds, and the brewing temperature can be adjusted across the stated range. This gives you separate controls for grind size and heat when matching coffee to different beans and roast levels. The temperature control is designed to help produce balanced espresso, from rich chocolate notes to bright fruity acidity.

• Set the grind for espresso, pour-over, cold brew, or French press preparation.
• Adjust brewing temperature to suit the bean and roast level.

Can the AMZCHEF machine steam milk for coffee drinks?

Yes. Its stainless steel steam wand is 8 mm in diameter, and the 1350W heating system powers milk steaming for microfoam. The machine is suited to preparing milk-based drinks including cappuccino, macchiato, and flat white, as well as microfoam for latte art.

• Steam milk for drinks that call for microfoam.
• Use the wand for cappuccinos, macchiatos, and flat whites.

What can I see and maintain on the machine?

The IMD HD touch screen displays grind time, brew time, and temperature, while one-touch operation simplifies the brewing controls. A descaling function is built into the machine to support maintenance over time.

• View the grind and brew times alongside the temperature.
• Use the built-in descaling function as part of machine maintenance.

The AMZCHEF Espresso Machine With Grinder is a fit for coffee drinkers who want adjustable grinding and temperature, with options for espresso, cold brew, and steamed-milk drinks in one machine. Its grinder also supports several grind styles for preparing coffee by other methods.
