What kind of espresso does the AMZCHEF machine make?

The 20-bar Italian pump pushes hot water through tightly packed coffee grounds to extract oils and aromatics for espresso with golden crema. Its pressure rating exceeds the 9-bar industry standard, and the machine is designed to produce a deeper extraction and velvety mouthfeel compared with 15-bar machines. This makes it suitable for espresso drinkers who value crema and a full-bodied cup.

How quickly does it heat, and how much water does the tank hold?

The 1350W thermoblock reaches its optimal temperature in under 3 minutes, and the 44 fl oz (1,301 mL) reservoir supports 8–10 cups before refilling. That capacity helps households prepare multiple drinks without topping up the tank after every cup. The LCD displays real-time temperature and progress, as well as low-water alerts, so you can follow the machine’s status as you brew.

• LCD status information includes temperature, progress and low-water alerts.

Can you steam milk and control the foam?

Yes. The manual steam wand swivels 360° and gives you control over its angle and technique while steaming milk. Use that control to prepare silky microfoam for latte art or cappuccinos, or adjust the texture for a bone-dry macchiato. The wand is made for hands-on steaming, so foam density depends on the technique you choose.

• 360° swivel for positioning the wand.
• Manual steaming lets you control the foam texture.
• Designed for latte art, cappuccinos and bone-dry macchiatos.

How does self-cleaning work, and what protections are built in?

The built-in self-cleaning function flushes internal residue after brewing and can be started with one activation, reducing the need to scrub internal pathways. Dry-burn protection and overpressure safeguards are also built in to help protect the machine and extend its service life. The AMZCHEF Espresso Machine includes a 3-year manufacturer warranty, compared with the typical 1-year coverage referenced for this product.
