• Descaler and odor eliminator in one — addresses scale and odors during machine cleaning.
• 24 tablets per package — a year’s supply for regular descaling treatments.

Hard-water deposits can build up inside an ice maker, while lingering odors can affect the freshness of the ice. ACTIVE tablets are made for regular cleaning of countertop and portable machines at home, as well as commercial and industrial ice makers. They are also intended for standalone machines, including nugget, pebble, pellet, bullet, and crushed-ice makers.

Which ice makers are ACTIVE tablets compatible with?

ACTIVE tablets are designed for countertop, portable, and commercial ice makers, but not built-in refrigerator ice makers. Compatible brands and models include Frigidaire, Opal, GE Profile 2.0, KitchenAid, Whirlpool 4396808, Jenn Air, Uline, Gevi, Silonn, Euhomy, Ice-O-Matic, Scotsman, Manitowoc, and Hoshizaki.

• Made for standalone ice makers rather than refrigerator-integrated models.
• For choosing by machine type, compare your ice maker with the countertop, portable, or commercial categories.

What does the descaler target, and which materials is it designed for?

The tablets target hard-water deposits, calcium buildup, and limescale inside an ice maker. Their food-grade citric acid and other simple ingredients are formulated for use with internal nickel, stainless steel, and aluminum-plated components.

• Combines descaling with odor elimination.
• Regular descaling is intended to help keep ice clear and tasting fresh.

How many cleaning tablets are included?

Each ACTIVE package contains 24 descaling tablets, presented as a one-year supply for regular machine care. The tablet format provides multiple treatments in one package; packets and liquids may contain only 2–4 uses per container.

• 24 tablets in the package.
• For ice makers producing cubes, nuggets, pebbles, pellets, bullets, or crushed ice.

ACTIVE Ice Machine Cleaner and Descaler suits owners of countertop, portable, standalone, and commercial ice makers who want a tablet-format cleaner for scale and odor care.
