Willow Wave Wearable Double Manual Breast Pump, 24 mm 2-Count, Hands-Free Design

Willow Wave is a two-count wearable double manual breast pump designed to pump both sides while fully clothed, with two 5 oz (148 mL) containers.

• The first wearable double manual breast pump — brings two-sided manual pumping into a wearable format.
• Willow says it can cut manual pumping time in half — pumps both sides in one session.
• Works as a hands-free conversion kit with more than 20 traditional electric pumps — adds a wearable option to compatible pump sessions.
• Near-silent, two-phase suction with no charging — ready for manual use without a battery.
• Two 24 mm soft silicone flanges included — additional sizing inserts are available separately.

For parents who use manual pumping or want a hands-free option with a traditional electric pump, Willow Wave brings both approaches together in one product. Its paired design is made for pumping on both sides while fully clothed, and its conversion-kit function can make a compatible tethered electric pump session hands-free.

How does Willow Wave make manual pumping more efficient?

It has two ergonomic handles and two containers, allowing both sides to be pumped together. The two-piece arrangement is the basis for Willow’s claim that it can reduce manual pumping time by half compared with pumping one side at a time. The fully clothed format offers a wearable alternative to a conventional manual pump setup.

• Two ergonomic handles operate the manual pump.
• Two 5 oz (148 mL) containers collect milk.
• The product is supplied as a two-count set.

Can Willow Wave work with a traditional electric pump?

Yes, it can serve as a hands-free conversion kit for more than 20 traditional electric pump models. Compatible examples include Medela Pump in Style, Spectra S1 and S2, and Motif Luna. This lets users convert a supported tethered pump session to a hands-free session; compatibility applies to supported models rather than every electric pump.

• Designed to convert a compatible traditional electric pump.
• Named compatible models include Medela Pump in Style, Spectra S1 and S2, and Motif Luna.

What is included, and does it need charging?

The set includes two 24 mm soft silicone flanges, and manual operation does not require charging. Its near-silent, two-phase suction provides the pumping action, making it a ready-to-use manual option and a backup to an electric pump. Additional sizing inserts are available separately, so the included flange size is 24 mm.

Willow invented the wearable pump category, and Wave brings that wearable approach to a double manual pump as well as a conversion kit for compatible electric pumps. It suits parents looking for two-sided manual pumping, a hands-free option for a supported electric pump, or a manual backup that needs no charging. Its paired handles, containers and included 24 mm flanges define the setup.
