For indoor rat activity, this reusable trap combines electric control with a disposal system designed to limit direct contact. It is made for home use in areas where rats are active, with placement along walls helping position it in their path. Its simple baiting design and status lights make routine use and monitoring straightforward.

What is the Victor Electronic Rat Trap designed to do?

It is designed to kill rats indoors using a high-voltage shock. The electric mechanism provides a quick-kill approach to rat control, while the no-touch disposal feature supports a more sanitary way to deal with a catch. The trap is intended for indoor use and is described as humane when used for rodent control.

• Made specifically for rats and indoor pest control.
• Reusable design for continued use.

Where should I place the trap?

Place the trap along a wall in an area with known rat activity. This positioning is intended to help the trap meet rats where they travel. The model is designed for indoor use around people and pets when used as directed, not for outdoor placement.

• Suitable for indoor areas of the home.
• Use known activity as a guide when choosing a location.

How is the trap powered, and what do its lights mean?

The trap operates on four AA lithium batteries, with one battery set capable of eliminating up to 35 rats. A green LED indicates a successful capture, while a red LED signals low battery power, so you can tell whether the trap has caught a rat or needs attention.

• Green light: successful capture.
• Red light: low battery warning.

How does baiting and disposal work?

The trap has a simple baiting design and a No-See, No-Touch disposal system. Its self-resetting mechanism re-arms automatically, including after a false trigger, helping it continue operating without manual resetting after that event.

• Disposal is designed to avoid direct contact with the catch.
• Automatic re-arming supports ongoing operation.

This one-pack indoor trap suits households looking for a reusable electric option for rat activity, with battery-powered operation, capture and low-battery indicators, and no-touch disposal. It is designed for indoor rat control rather than outdoor use.
