Spills can reach a mattress during everyday use, so this fitted protector adds a liquid-resistant layer over the sleeping surface. Its terry top and backing are designed to protect the mattress while the soft, breathable surface remains in place as a cover. The fitted construction is made for a king mattress, with dimensions to compare against your mattress before choosing.

How does this protector help guard a mattress from spills?

The waterproof terry top works with a TPU backing to resist liquid passing through to the mattress. High-quality seams support that barrier, while the absorbent top handles contact at the surface. It is made for mattress protection from unwelcome spills, rather than as a standalone mattress cover without a fitted style.

• Terry fabric forms the upper surface.
• TPU backing covers the mattress from the top.
• Seam construction is designed to stop liquids passing through.

What mattress size and depth does the fitted style suit?

This Utopia Bedding protector is made for a king mattress measuring 78 by 80 inches, with a depth of up to 17 inches. Deep fitted pockets and professionally turned hems shape the edges around the mattress, while the elastic band runs all around the protector to help maintain its fit. Compare your mattress measurements with those dimensions when selecting the size.

• Fitted-pocket design covers mattress edges.
• Elastic around the full perimeter secures the fit.

How should the mattress protector be washed?

Machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low. The care directions also specify avoiding ironing, bleach, and fabric softener, helping you choose a suitable laundry routine for this protector.

• Use cold water and a gentle wash cycle.
• Tumble dry on low; do not iron or bleach.
• Do not use fabric softener.

This protector suits shoppers looking for a fitted king-size layer to help shield a mattress from spills, with a breathable surface and a quiet design. Its stated fit, waterproof top and backing, and specific care directions make it a practical choice for mattress coverage where those features matter.
