Titleist Velocity is made for golfers who want a ball built around distance and a high flight, with a cover designed to retain a playable feel around the greens. Its core, dimple pattern and cover each have a specific role in the ball’s design, so the distance focus does not come at the expense of greenside feel. Color options, including matte blue, offer a choice in appearance.

How is Titleist Velocity designed for distance?

The high-speed LSX core is designed to create speed on full-swing shots, while low long-game spin is part of the ball’s distance-focused design. Together, these features support the stated goal of maximum distance. The ball is intended for players who want that emphasis built into their full-swing game, rather than a design focused only on greenside play.

• High-speed LSX core for speed on full swings.
• Low long-game spin as part of its distance design.
• Engineered for maximum distance.

What flight does the dimple design create?

Titleist Velocity uses a spherically tiled 350 octahedral dimple design to produce a high ball-flight trajectory. The dimple pattern is a specific feature of the ball’s flight design, alongside its high-speed core and low long-game spin. If a high trajectory is a priority in your ball choice, this is one of the defining design details to consider.

• 350 dimples in a spherically tiled octahedral design.
• Designed for high ball flight.

What feel does Titleist Velocity offer around the greens?

The fast NAZ Plus cover is designed to provide a playable greenside feel. This gives the ball a stated feel benefit near the green while its core and flight design focus on speed, distance and trajectory. Titleist Velocity is also available in multiple color options, including new matte blue; color is a visual choice, while the cover is the feature tied to greenside feel.

• Color options include matte blue.

Titleist Velocity suits golfers looking for a distance-focused ball with high flight and a playable feel around the greens, including those who prefer a matte blue option. Its LSX core, 350-dimple design and NAZ Plus cover each contribute a distinct feature to that combination.
