How does the Tevlaphee lock secure the steering wheel?

Four locking hooks and twin bars grip the steering wheel, while a solid steel locking beam creates a physical obstacle intended to make theft more difficult. The product is identified as an A+ grade anti-theft lock, with a pure-copper lock core and a double-spring crescent lock mechanism using a coded key design. Its overall body has a plastic-dipped coating designed not to damage the steering wheel.

• Four hooks and two bars form the double-protection layout.
• The coded key mechanism is designed to help resist picking and key overlap.
• The red color increases visibility as a deterrent.

Will it fit my vehicle’s steering wheel?

The adjustable lock fits steering wheels with an inner diameter of 4.9–13 in (12.4–33.0 cm), covering many sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, vans and trucks. Measure the steering wheel’s inner diameter against this range to assess fit. For vehicles with electric steering-wheel adjustment and memory functions, allow enough clearance before fitting: automatic steering-wheel movement could otherwise bring the lock bar into contact with the windshield or another interior component.

• Adjustable for the stated steering-wheel size range.
• Designed for use across several common vehicle categories.
• Leave clearance around moving steering wheels with electric adjustment and memory functions.

How do you use it, and what comes with it?
