The Sparthos Knee Brace is designed for support with ACL and MCL injuries, meniscus tears, strains and sprains. How do the hinges and open-patella design work?

The brace has one aluminum hinge on each side and an open-patella design. Together, these features are intended to support the knee while leaving room for movement. The design also supports the underlying muscles and tendons, with the brand’s stated aim of helping you heal faster.

• Two aluminum hinges, positioned one on each side.
• Open-patella construction.
• Support for muscles and tendons beneath the brace.

How does the Sparthos Knee Brace stay in place?

Four adjustable hook-and-loop straps fasten the brace and let you adjust its fit. They are designed to keep the brace positioned as you move, reducing slipping and bunching. The brace is made for easy on-and-off use, so you can secure or remove it without a complicated fastening process.

• Four strong fastening straps.
• Adjustable fit.
• Designed to stay in position during movement.
