What does ProT Gold provide?

It provides a complete collagen protein with 22 amino acids. The formula is fortified with arginine, taurine, tryptophan, histidine, methionine, glutamine, and cysteine, adding these amino acids to the collagen protein profile.

The collagen is nano-hydrolyzed, and the product is designed to be digested completely within 15 minutes. ProT Gold is intended for post-workout muscle support as well as wound support; the stated digestion time describes the product’s formulation claim, not a guaranteed result for every person.

• Each serving contains 17 g of total protein.
• The berry flavor is available in a pouch format for this 24-pack.

How do you use the pouches?

Drink a pouch as-is; no mixing is required. The pack contains 24 servings, making it practical to keep on hand for a quick protein snack or to use before, during, or after a workout.

Each pouch provides a 1 oz (28 g) serving. The ready-to-drink format keeps preparation simple: open a serving when it suits your routine rather than measuring or blending a powder. The product is offered in berry-flavored pouches as well as berry-flavored bottles, while this listing is for the 24-pouch pack.

• Use it as a protein snack or workout fuel.
• Choose the pouch format for individual, ready-to-drink servings.

What is in the formula, and what dietary details matter?

ProT Gold is sugar-free and contains 0 g of carbohydrates per serving. It is also gluten-free, fat-free, soy-free, and lactose-free, with no GMO ingredients, banned substances, or artificial flavors.

Each serving includes 2 g of arginine. The formula is intended to help support recovering wounds, with a product claim of support 2x faster; this is not a promise of an individual outcome. The arginine is part of the formula alongside the collagen protein and additional amino acids.

• Fortified amino acids include arginine, taurine, tryptophan, histidine, methionine, glutamine, and cysteine.
• The berry flavor is available in both pouch and bottle formats.

ProT Gold is suited to people looking for a berry-flavored collagen protein serving that is ready to drink, particularly those who want an option for a quick snack or around exercise. Its 24 individual pouches provide a no-mix format with 17 g of protein per 1 oz serving.
