ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat, Black 6-Tile Set, 1/2-Inch EVA Foam

The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat is a six-tile EVA foam floor mat designed to cushion workouts and help protect indoor floors, with 1/2 in (1.27 cm) thick tiles.

• Six tiles cover 24 sq ft (2.23 m²) — create a defined workout or play area.
• Each tile measures 24 in x 24 in (61 x 61 cm) — arrange the squares to suit your floor space.
• High-density EVA foam contains no phthalates — add cushioning without using a rubber gym mat.
• Impact- and noise-absorbing foam — soften the surface for floor exercises and workout equipment.
• Interlocking tiles with end borders — connect the mat and give its edges a finished look.
• Water-resistant, non-skid design — use it indoors on a flat surface.

Hard floors can feel uncomfortable during floor-based exercise, while workout equipment can put pressure on the surface beneath it. This black interlocking mat creates a cushioned area for home gyms, garages, fitness rooms and children’s play spaces. Its foam surface is made for activities including push-ups, crunches, yoga movements and weight lifting.

How does the mat cushion workouts and protect floors?

The tiles use high-density EVA foam to provide a soft surface that absorbs impact and workout noise. The mat is designed to cover and protect a floor or carpet while creating a non-skid exercise area. It can also be used for yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, MMA and gymnastics.

• Use it for ground exercises or beneath exercise equipment.
• The foam is water-resistant and easy to clean.

How much space do the six tiles cover?

Connected together, the six 24 in x 24 in (61 x 61 cm) tiles cover 24 sq ft (2.23 m²). Each tile is 1/2 in (1.27 cm) thick, measured from the highest point of its textured surface. Interlocking edges make assembly and disassembly straightforward, and the lightweight tiles can be taken apart for storage.

• End borders provide a finished edge around the assembled mat.
• For the best results, place it on a flat, hard surface.

How should I clean the foam tiles?

Clean the surface with warm water and dish soap using a soft cloth or towel, then let the tiles air dry. The mat is intended for indoor use in spaces such as home gyms, garages, gyms and play areas. Colour and texture can vary slightly between production batches, and heavy objects may compress the foam and leave minor surface variations.

• Use a soft cloth or towel for cleaning.
• Allow the tiles to air dry after washing.

This mat suits anyone building a cushioned indoor area for exercise or play, especially for floor-based movements and equipment on a flat surface. Its six interlocking EVA foam tiles create a 24 sq ft workout surface with end borders.
