Patella Stryde Patellar Tendon Strap, 2-Pack with Adjustable Silicone Support

Patella Stryde is a two-pack patellar tendon strap set designed to support the kneecap during activity, with medical-grade silicone pads that disperse impact.

• Dual-adjustable straps — fine-tune compression around the patellar tendon.
• V-shaped opening — fits around the kneecap as the knee bends and straightens.
• 3D micro-groove texture — creates air channels and adds grip against the skin.
• For running, hiking, court sports and workouts — wear it during movement and exercise.
• Lightweight, skin-friendly design — made for use during sports or everyday activities.

Repeated running, jumping and squatting can place stress on the front of the knee. Stryde is made for people seeking targeted support while exercising or going about their day, including those managing anterior knee discomfort. It is intended to support movement, not to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

What support does the Patella Stryde strap provide?

The strap is designed to help disperse impact and provide targeted pressure around the patellar tendon. It is intended for people managing anterior knee discomfort associated with patellar tendinitis, Osgood-Schlatter, patellofemoral pain syndrome, chondromalacia, patellar instability or subluxation. The pressure is also designed to engage the VMO, the inner thigh muscle, and support muscle balance and joint control.

• Use it during jumping, running and squatting.
• It can be worn for eccentric squats and single-leg stability exercises.
• Support focuses on the patellar tendon and kneecap area.

How does the strap stay in place as the knee moves?

The V-shaped opening follows the area around the kneecap and knee bend. Its design is intended to stay in position without slipping, twisting or shifting as the leg bends or straightens, while helping guide the kneecap along its natural path.

• The shaped opening is made to accommodate knee movement.
• The strap is designed to support patellar tracking and reduce wobbling.

What activities and wear situations is it made for?

Patella Stryde is suitable for sports and workouts that involve repeated knee movement, as well as extended everyday wear. The silicone pad has a 3D micro-groove surface that forms air channels to help move sweat and heat away from the skin; the grooves also add grip during high-intensity movement.

• Activities include basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, hiking, running, weightlifting and gym workouts.
• It can be worn for exercise or at the office.
• The lightweight, skin-friendly design is intended for hours of wear without pressure marks.

The two-strap set suits active adults looking for targeted patellar support during sports, workouts or daily routines, particularly when knee bending and impact are part of the activity. Its defining features are silicone impact-dispersing pads, adjustable compression and a kneecap-shaped opening.
