• Multi-purpose use — fits Pilates, yoga, balance, stability, mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
• Made for varied settings — use it at the gym, studio, clinic or home.
• Roll tight areas — use it for self-massage and to release tension.

For exercise, positioning and self-massage, a foam roller can be used in different ways across a routine. The PRO-Roller Soft Density model is made for people seeking a soft-density roller for back exercises, muscle massage and movement practice, whether at home or in a gym, studio or clinic.

What can you use the OPTP PRO-Roller Soft Density Foam Roller for?

It is designed for Pilates roller exercises, yoga, balance and stability work, mobility, rehabilitation, and massage of muscles. Its soft-density format also suits full-body positioning exercises, including back exercises, and rolling tight areas to release tension.

Choose it for movement practice as well as self-massage: the same round roller can be incorporated into exercise sessions or used to roll muscles. The listed uses include:

• Pilates roller exercises and yoga practice.
• Balance, stability, mobility and rehabilitation work.
• Muscle massage and rolling tight areas.

What is the roller made from, and how do you clean it?

The roller is made from closed-cell, heat-molded EVA foam, and its surface can be wiped clean. The closed-cell construction distinguishes it from more common open-cell foam rollers, which are not as easy to wipe clean.

OPTP positions the EVA construction for durability, with the brand’s stated aim that its rollers outperform and outlast store-model foam rollers. The same material construction is used for the brand’s 18 in and 36 in foam rollers; this product is the 36 in model.

• Material: EVA foam.
• Construction: closed-cell and heat-molded.
• Cleaning: wipe the roller clean.

How large is this OPTP foam roller?

This round roller measures 36 in (91.4 cm) long and 6 in (15.2 cm) in diameter. Compare those dimensions with the space you have for using and storing a full-length roller.

The blue roller’s round shape provides a single roller surface for the exercise and massage uses described above. Its length is the key fit detail when choosing where to position it during a session or where to keep it between uses.

• Length: 36 in (91.4 cm).
• Diameter: 6 in (15.2 cm).
• Shape and color: round and blue.

The OPTP PRO-Roller Soft Density Foam Roller suits people looking for one roller for Pilates, yoga, balance work, mobility, rehabilitation, positioning and self-massage. It is a 36 in round roller made from wipe-clean, closed-cell EVA foam for exercise and muscle-rolling use.
