What electrolytes does each Nuun Zero Sugar tablet provide?

Each tablet provides five electrolytes: 200 mg sodium, 125 mg potassium, 75 mg chloride, 30 mg calcium and 20 mg magnesium. These amounts bring electrolyte content to the water you drink during light movement or rest.

• Sodium and potassium are included alongside chloride, calcium and magnesium.
• The product is intended for everyday hydration, including low- and no-sweat occasions.

How do I prepare a serving of Nuun Zero Sugar?

Add one effervescent tablet to 16 fl oz (473 mL) of water, let it dissolve, then enjoy. Each tube contains 10 individual servings, so a tablet is portioned for a single drink.

• Use one tablet for each serving.
• Choose water as the base for the fruit-flavored electrolyte drink.
