The Nelko P21 is a pocketable Bluetooth label maker for printing organized, custom labels at home, school, or work, using 203 DPI direct thermal printing and a rechargeable built-in battery.

• Half the weight and size of traditional label makers — carry it in a pocket and print on the go.
• BPA-free direct thermal printing at 203 DPI — print black text without ink or toner.
• Bluetooth connection for iOS and Android phones — design and print from the Nelko app.
• Rechargeable built-in battery — use the handheld printer without a power cable while printing.
• Fixed-size labels, including 14 × 40 mm, 14 × 50 mm, and 14 × 75 mm — choose a format for different labeling tasks.
• App templates, icons, borders, and design tools — personalize labels for home, school, and office organization.

The Nelko P21 is made for people who want to identify, sort, and personalize everyday items without setting up a full-size printer. Its compact, wireless format suits quick labeling sessions around the house, in classrooms, or at a desk, while the phone app offers tools for both straightforward text labels and more designed stickers.

What can the Nelko P21 print, and how do its labels look?

The Nelko P21 prints monochrome labels with black text using direct thermal technology, so printing needs no ink or toner. Its 203 DPI resolution supports high-definition text and designs. For colored label designs, use color-pattern label tape; the printer itself prints in black only.

• Create labels with text, QR codes, barcodes, images, time, borders, and material designs.
• Choose from more than 750 templates and 29 languages in the app.
• Use Nelko thermal label paper for the recommended printing results.

Which phones and label formats work with the Nelko P21?

The Nelko P21 connects by Bluetooth to iOS and Android phones through the Nelko app; it does not work with computers. Label lengths are fixed rather than continuous, with formats such as 14 × 40 mm, 14 × 50 mm, and 14 × 75 mm. Good to know: Google Pixel phones running Android 14 are not compatible.

To get started, download the Nelko app from the App Store or Google Play, install a paper roll, connect the printer in the app, select a template, and print. iOS users should update the app to version 4.8.0 for the recommended experience. The app also includes more than 3,600 icons and 700 borders, giving you options for organizing labels by purpose or appearance.

• Keep the green sticker on the back of the label strip intact; damaging or removing it can affect printing.
• Continuous label tape is not supported.
• A charging adapter is not included.

Where is the Nelko P21 useful for everyday organization?

The Nelko P21 is designed for labeling tasks at home, in offices, and in schools. At home, use it to identify clothing, food storage, cosmetics, and mail. For office organization, make notebook tags, price tags, reminders, and labels for supplies. Teachers and students can create name tags and identify books, bins, folders, and other school items.

The compact printer is also suited to making personalized back-to-school decorations and labels for items such as lunch boxes and pencil cases. The app’s combination of templates and design elements lets you create labels for practical identification as well as classroom organization.

• Use the printer’s portable format to make labels where you are sorting items.
• Choose a quick template in the app or build a design with its text and graphic options.

The Nelko P21 is a good fit for teachers, students, and home or office users who want to make custom labels from a phone and print them in several fixed formats. Its Bluetooth connection, compact handheld design, and ink-free black thermal printing support convenient labeling across everyday organizing tasks.
