Long periods of sitting can leave legs and the lower back under pressure. This footrest gives your feet a raised, adjustable place to rest while you work, study, or relax at a desk. Its tilting action and textured top are designed to make seated support more comfortable and encourage movement while sitting.

How does the Mind Reader footrest support seated comfort?

The Mind Reader footrest combines a tilting platform with a massage-textured surface to support more active sitting. The raised foot position is designed to help improve posture and spinal alignment, ease pressure on the legs and lower back, and reduce swelling. The textured surface stimulates the feet and helps keep them from slipping as the platform moves.

• The tilting platform encourages foot movement while seated.
• The textured top provides a tactile surface for resting your feet.

Can I adjust the height, and will it fit under my desk?

Yes. The Mind Reader footrest adjusts from 3.25 to 6.25 inches (8.3 to 15.9 cm) high, and its 17 x 13 inch (43.2 x 33 cm) footprint is designed to fit beneath most desks and tables. Compare the available under-desk space with these measurements when choosing a place for it.

• The adjustable height lets you choose a raised position for seated use.
• The tilting platform moves with your feet while you sit.

Where can I use this footrest?

The Mind Reader footrest is made for seated work or study at home, in an office workstation, or in a dorm room; it can also be used while relaxing at home. Its plastic body weighs 5.5 pounds (2.5 kg), so it can be moved between suitable seating areas.

• Use it under a desk or table while sitting.
• The design is intended for seated support, rather than standing use.

This footrest suits people who spend extended periods seated at a desk and want adjustable support for their feet. Its height-adjustable, tilting platform and massage-textured surface provide seated foot support in a compact under-desk format.
