Med Spec ASO Lace-Up Ankle Brace, White Small, Figure-8 Support

Med Spec ASO Ankle Stabilizer is a white, small lace-up ankle brace designed to support sprain recovery and ankle stability with figure-8 straps and a low-profile shape for most shoes.

• Figure-8 stabilizing straps — help limit twisting and provide support similar to athletic taping.
• Low-profile design — fits inside most athletic and casual shoes.
• CoolFlex padding and tongue with durable nylon — provide breathable comfort and resist stretching.
• Adjustable, bilateral fit — works on either the left or right ankle.
• Support for sprains, tendon and ligament injuries, and chronic ankle instability — suits recovery and activity needs.

For athletes and active people, a rolled ankle or ongoing instability can make sports and everyday movement more challenging. This brace is designed for ankle support during sprain recovery and sports protection, including for people managing peroneal tendonitis, swelling, arthritis, or other tendon and ligament injuries.

How does the ASO brace help stabilize an ankle?

The figure-8 straps secure the ankle and help limit painful twists, using a support approach that simulates athletic taping. Med Spec says the stabilizer helps sprained ankles heal faster; it is also used to stabilize rolled ankles and support chronic ankle instability.

• Adjust the straps to secure the support around the ankle.
• Designed for sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, pickleball, running, and tennis.

Will it fit inside a shoe, and which ankle does it fit?

Its low-profile shape is made to fit inside most athletic and casual shoes, and the bilateral design fits either ankle. The brace is adjustable and intended for men, women, and teens; this version is white in size small.

• Choose the small size shown in the product title.
• The brace can be worn on the left or right ankle.

What materials and padding does the brace use?

The ASO combines durable nylon with CoolFlex padding and a CoolFlex tongue. The nylon resists stretch, while the breathable padding is designed for comfortable wear during activity and daily use.

• Made for support needs involving peroneal tendonitis, swelling, arthritis, and sports injuries.
• Widely recommended by athletic trainers and doctors for ankle support.

Its figure-8 straps, bilateral fit, and low-profile design bring ankle stabilization into sports and everyday wear.
