Weighing ingredients, portioning food and managing kitchen tasks can call for different units, container sizes and timing. Letron brings weight measurement and a kitchen timer together in one compact countertop tool, for everyday cooking, baking and tasks such as timing dough, cakes, eggs or pasta.

What can the Letron Food Scale measure?

Letron Food Scale measures from 0.02 lb (9.1 g) up to 33 lb (15 kg), covering small ingredients as well as larger containers. Its seven selectable unit settings include g, oz, lb, fl oz, ml and milk ml, letting you choose a measurement mode to suit the recipe or ingredient. The backlit LCD makes the displayed reading easier to see when kitchen lighting is low.

• Use the low end of the range for small quantities and the upper capacity for larger loads.
• Switch between the available weight and volume measurement settings as needed.

How do the tare function and timer work?

The tare function returns the scale reading to zero so you can weigh ingredients in a container. Add the container, reset the display, then measure the ingredient without including the container’s weight. The built-in timer provides a separate way to track elapsed cooking or baking time, with an audible alert when the selected time is up.

• Use tare when measuring ingredients directly into a bowl or other container.
• Use the timer for tasks such as dough rising, cake baking, or boiling eggs and pasta.

How is the Letron Food Scale powered and stored?

Letron Food Scale supports battery power for portability and USB-C charging for rechargeable use. Its auto-off setting can be adjusted to 180s, 600s or 3600s, giving you a choice of idle shut-off intervals. The glass platform wipes clean after use, and the slim footprint is sized for countertop, drawer or cabinet storage.

• Choose battery power or USB-C charging to suit how you use the scale.
• Wipe the glass weighing surface clean after use.
• Compare your available storage space with the scale’s 8.85 × 5.9 inches (22.5 × 15 cm) footprint.

Letron Food Scale suits home cooks and bakers who want to weigh ingredients, portion food and time kitchen tasks with one compact tool. Its weighing range, multiple measurement settings, tare function and built-in timer bring these everyday kitchen jobs together in a rechargeable scale with a glass platform.
