Kuangmi Adjustable Knee Brace with Patella Gel Pad, Right Large Black

Kuangmi Knob Knee Brace is a right-knee compression support designed for adjustable support during workouts and everyday comfort, with a patella gel pad and turn-adjustable dial system.

• Patented dial system — tighten with a turn and release by turning back two clicks.
• Right-side, Large, single brace in black — made for a right knee.
• Large fits a thigh circumference of 16.5–18.9 in (42–48 cm) — measure above the kneecap to choose your size.
• Patella gel pad and double-sided spring stabilizers — surround the kneecap and support the sides of the joint.
• Silicone anti-slip dots — help limit slipping during movement, with grip that activates with sweat.

For activity that calls for adjustable knee support, a fixed level of compression may not suit every moment. Kuangmi’s dial system lets you change the fit for more intense sports or loosen it for daily comfort. The brace is designed for workout use and for people seeking support related to arthritis, joint pain, or a meniscus tear; it is not a treatment for these conditions.

How does the dial adjust the support?

Turn the dial to tighten the brace, then turn it back two clicks to release it. This lets you adjust the fit to your leg shape and change the pressure for different activities. The design is intended to disperse joint pressure, keep the knee warm, support joint lubrication, and encourage blood circulation.

• Use a tighter setting for intense sports or a looser setting for everyday comfort.
• Adjust the pressure with a simple twist as your activity changes.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your thigh circumference 5.5 in (14 cm) above the kneecap; the Large size fits 16.5–18.9 in (42–48 cm). This listing is for the right-side Large brace, so compare your measurement with its range before choosing.

• Medium: 14.2–16.5 in (36–42 cm).
• Extra Large: 18.9–21.3 in (48–54 cm).
• XXL: 21.3–24.4 in (54–62 cm).

What features support the knee during movement?

An anatomically contoured gel pad surrounds the kneecap, while spring stabilizers on both sides fit alongside the knee joint. Silicone dots add skin grip to help keep the brace in place as you move; their grip increases when activated by sweat.

• The brace combines patella coverage with support at both sides of the joint.
• Its left- or right-specific design lets you select the side that matches your knee.

This single, right-side Large brace suits people who want to adjust knee compression between sports and everyday activity and whose measurement falls within the Large range. Its dial, kneecap gel pad, side stabilizers, and anti-slip dots bring adjustable support and movement-focused grip together in one knee sleeve.
