How does CariFree 1100 help protect teeth?

CariFree 1100 combines sodium fluoride and nano-hydroxyapatite to help protect teeth from cavities, tooth decay, and white spots. Fluoride strengthens teeth, while nano-hydroxyapatite is a mineral found in teeth and a natural component of saliva. The formula is scientifically proven to help prevent cavities.

• Nano-hydroxyapatite, a mineral found in teeth.

What do xylitol and pH+ technology do?

The gel contains 25% xylitol and patented pH+ technology. Research indicates that regular use of xylitol-rich products may reduce cavity risk; the pH+ technology is designed to elevate oral pH. Studies suggest low pH is associated with tooth decay, while maintaining a neutral or elevated pH helps support healthy tooth enamel.

• U.S. Patent Nos. 9,427,384 and 10,143,633 cover the pH+ technology.
• Xylitol is a naturally occurring, sweet-tasting ingredient found in many plants.

What is the tube size, and how does it compare with the former product?

The tube contains 2.4 oz (68 g), 20% more product than the previous version, and has a new look. It was formerly called CariFree CTx4 Gel 1100 and is the same product.

• Grape flavor.
• Produced in Albany, Oregon, using domestic and globally sourced ingredients.
• Designed for everyday use and non-abrasive for sensitivity.

CariFree 1100 is suited to people seeking a fluoride and nano-hydroxyapatite gel for everyday cavity-focused oral care, particularly those who prefer a non-abrasive formula. Its 2.4 oz tube combines fluoride, nano-hydroxyapatite, xylitol, and patented pH+ technology in a grape-flavored gel.
