• Compatible with any pool or spa sanitizer — fits into different sanitizer systems.
• Designed to improve filter efficiency and extend filter lifespan — supports clear pool or spa water.

Filter cartridges collect organic material during pool and spa use. This spray is made for cleaning that buildup as part of filter maintenance, with a short application-and-rinse process rather than an overnight soak. Its uses cover both spa and pool settings, so it suits owners maintaining pleated cartridges in either type of system.

What buildup does the cleaner remove?

Black Diamond Stoneworks Ultimate Spa Filter Cleaner Spray is formulated to remove body oils, suntan lotion, grease, and other organic material from pleated filter cartridges. These deposits can collect on filter surfaces during use; the cleaner is designed to lift them so they can be rinsed away. Regularly cleaning accumulated material helps the filter work efficiently and supports clear water.

• Made for organic buildup on cartridge surfaces.
• Suitable for pleated spa and pool filter cartridges.

How do you use the filter cleaner spray?

Spray the filter surfaces thoroughly, leave the cleaner on for 5 minutes, then rinse with a strong stream of water and reinstall the cartridge. The process gives the cleaner time to work, followed by a direct rinse to wash loosened material from the filter. The cartridge can be put back into use immediately after rinsing and reinstallation.

• Apply the spray across the filter surfaces.
• Rinse thoroughly with a strong water stream before reinstalling.

Does it work with different filter and sanitizer types?

Black Diamond Stoneworks Ultimate Spa Filter Cleaner Spray works with all types of pleated spa and pool filter cartridges and with any pool or spa sanitizer. This compatibility makes it suitable for cartridge cleaning across different sanitizer setups. Its residue-free rinse is designed to avoid slimy deposits that can contribute to foam and interfere with smooth spa or hot tub operation.

• For pleated cartridges used in pools and spas.
• Compatible with all pool and spa sanitizers.

This cleaner is suited to pool and spa owners who want a practical spray-and-rinse method for maintaining pleated cartridges and removing organic deposits. Its 5-minute cleaning process, broad cartridge and sanitizer compatibility, and one-gallon format make it a fit for routine filter care without an overnight soak.
