ALIEN tape is made for mounting and keeping everyday items in place, including photo frames, posters, kitchen tools, furniture, rugs, and carpeting. Its nano-tech acrylic adhesive bonds between an item and a compatible surface, so you can use it for décor as well as to help stop items from sliding. It is intended for metal, plastic, aluminum, and glass; it is not for dry-painted surfaces.

What surfaces and projects is ALIEN tape made for?

ALIEN Double Sided Tape is intended for metal, plastic, aluminum, and glass surfaces, and for indoor or outdoor mounting. Use it to attach photo frames, posters, or wall décor, or to help keep kitchen tools, furniture, rugs, and carpeting from moving. The adhesive is double-sided acrylic with nano technology, designed to hold an item against the surface between the two layers.

• Suitable surface materials: metal, plastic, aluminum, and glass.
• Not for use on dry-painted surfaces.

How do you apply and reuse the tape?

ALIEN tape forms a bond when you press the item against the surface with tape between them; it does not need a curing or drying stage before mounting. To reuse it, rinse the tape in a sink, let it dry, and apply it to a new surface. The brand says it should work as effectively on the seventh use as on the first.

• Press the item and surface together with tape in between for an immediate bond.
• Rinse and dry the tape before reapplying it.

How much tape is included, and what is its holding limit?

The product provides 30 feet total, with each roll measuring 10 feet long. The tape is 3.0 cm wide and 2.0 mm thick, and it is designed to withstand the pressure of up to 17.5 pounds without ripping. Keep the stated weight limit in mind when choosing what to mount.

• Clear, double-sided tape for mounting.
